While my appointment ran longer than anticipated, I was impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the staff remained throughout my visit. They made the extended time feel comfortable rather than frustrating. The treatments I received were professionally executed and met my expectations. The quality of service made up for the scheduling delay, and I appreciated the staff's hospitality.

So pleased to find this gem in Thames! Bonus that they are open on Saturday mornings. Friendly staff, fabulous hair wash and super clean salon. Highly recommended.
