Today I had my first microneedling session and it was actually enjoyable, not painful at all. Heidi explained the process and aftercare clearly so I am all prepared and we had a fab chat. Heidi is knowledgeable and professional but I felt so at ease and comfortable, already the redness has subsided and I arrived home and my husband said wow you are glowing. I am excited for my new journey with my skin with Heidi. X

Heidi is not only friendly and welcoming but extremely good at what she does, I’m in the middle of moving house and planning a huge celebration and running on very little sleep atm.
