facial and head massage was absolutely amazing. The facial left my skin feeling smooth, and the head massage was extremely relaxing.

had a luxury dermaplaning facial with monnet and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and with the calm and soothing music. my skin feels so smooth afterwards & was glowing! will definitely come back for more treatments and I 100% recommend this salon!✨🫶🏻

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful experience this afternoon with Paris for nails & injections and Kayleigh for a lovely pedi so glad I’ve found a local salon. Lovely calm environment and friendly made me feel comfortable and less anxious about going to a new salon. Had a wonderful chat with both girls and a wind down, Both sets of nails look absolutely fabulous the nail art is perfect colour choices were great and I certainly will be returning. Thank you ladies 💜

My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

I had a brilliant treatment yesterday with Izzy. It’s the first time of having a pedicure but from start to finish it was wonderful. Izzy was caring, professional, chatty which I love and gave me an excellent pedicure that made me so relaxed I could have dropped off for a nap. When she was doing the food scrub and massage on my feet I have bruises and she checked to make sure that she wasn’t causing me any pain because of these and the fact she was massaging which I found extremely considerate. Izzy is an excellent therapist and I was relaxed and had lovely smooth feet and painted nails ❤️

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! They’ve just opened, so if you’re in the area, definitely support these wonderful women and their small business. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much!
