Varför gör djup vävnadsmassage ont nästa dag?

Anledningen till att en djup vävnadsmassage kan lämna kvardröjande smärta och obehag är att de innebär ett intensivt fysiskt tryck på din kropp. Det är helt normalt att ömheten varar en dag eller till och med två eller tre!

Varför mår jag illa efter en djup vävnadsmassage

Att känna sig lite illamående eller yr efter en massage, särskilt en djup vävnadsmassage som innebär intensivt tryck på din kropp, är ganska vanligt. Det är normalt som ett resultat av uttorkning - en djupvävnadsmassage frigör toxiner från ditt lymfsystem som byggs upp under huden. Det bästa sättet att åtgärda detta och spola ut dessa toxiner är att hålla sig hydrerad, så se till att du dricker lite vatten regelbundet före din massage och återfuktar ordentligt efteråt!

Men kom ihåg att om du känner något allvarligt obehag, smärta eller sjukdom efter din behandling bör du prata med en sjukvårdspersonal.

Bryter en djup vävnadsmassage upp fett?

Djupvävnadsmassage erbjuder en rad fördelar, från förbättrad cirkulation och blodtryck till bättre sömn och ett friskare sinne. Det finns dock för närvarande mycket lite bevis för att direkt länka djupvävnadsmassage till nedbrytningen av fett.

Det betyder inte att en djup vävnadsmassage, eller någon form av massage, inte kan användas som en del av ett väl avrundat tillvägagångssätt för viktminskning. Om det får dig att må bättre både mentalt och fysiskt kan det bara hjälpa!
