I have been to Lisa for massage and facial throughout both pregnancies and in between! I would not go anywhere else. In my opinion, these are the best treatments I have had. I would love to have a facial and massage from her everyday if I could! I can't recommend her enough!!!

She was absolutely great and a wealth of information about what we are doing on the day and post massage, an aftercare run through. Honestly Ashleigh is so good, I just started post op lymphatic drainage massage and I was so nervous as after surgery I was so sore and didn’t want really anyone to touch my stomach but she takes her time to explain the treatment and always asking throughout if all ok and explain why she does what she does and doesn’t stop there, she has given me after care advice and eating and garments that will help my healing! I highly recommend for treatments.

Just can’t get enough of The Little Retreat! I was desperate for a massage after building kitchen cupboards. My back was so stiff and painful. A 45 minute deep tissue massage soon sorted me out! I said to myself I wouldnt fall asleep but once you get on that bed and Lisa works her magic, I was away with the fairies! Happens every time! I’m already looking for dates for next time!
