The best hour of my month! Connie always does exactly as I ask. She is pleasant but leaves you to relax during your massage. She sends you off with bottled water and a post massage snack! Highly recommend!

Their technique was both skilled and intuitive, addressing tension areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

She was very effective and finding trigger points and sore spots. First therapist I’ve been to that does PNF stretching. Used a mixture of massage techniques including cupping, vibrations, and percussion. Enjoyed my massage with her and felt sore but better after.
