Came in with a rough idea, didn't quite work with the test stand so we discussed alternatives and I was happy! Came to the day and plans changed again and Jen was great with helping me come up with a new idea. So pleased with the end result, definitely coming back! Also was given help with how to style and dry my hair at home, couldn't have asked for more!

Chloe was great. We were trying something different with my hair and she did not disappoint. Really took the time and attention to make sure everything was right and I was happy and really understood what I was looking for.

As always an amazing experience with Jen🤗She knows exactly how I like my hair and Im always happy with the results. We can chat away like old friends during my cut cos I trust her 100% to know what I want. Its such a mood booster visiting the salon. Also mention to Meg who washes my hair before my cut and blow dry. One of the quieter members of staff but I love a brief catch up and find the wash and head massage so relaxing. Keep doing what you're doing Jen and Meg!🙌🏻
