Hair had grown so much I had to make an interim appointment. Great service as usual and lovely coffee. Penny soon snipped my style back into shape and gave good advice on a setting lotion to give my hair more body and bounce. I decided to buy it. Only thing is, we were talking about our dogs so much and the mischief they get up to, I completely forgot to buy it. Doh! I shall have to pick it up next time. I had ordered another different one last time I was in for a trim, which Kirsty had to order in for me, but it hadn’t arrived. Hopefully it will be there next month.

I visited this hair salon for the first time today because I was in desperate need of a trim. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get an appointment so quickly. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. The stylist (Arran) listened to what I wanted and suggested a few flattering options, and I left with a haircut I’m really happy with. My hair feels refreshed, healthy, and exactly what I needed. I’m definitely coming back for future cuts and touch-ups.

This was my first visit to this salon. The staff were friendly and welcoming and I could see that the salon was clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the trim that Charlotte did for me and would recommend to my friends. I found being able to book an appointment online through the website extremely useful.

The girls in Ratby are brilliant

Very happy with my hair after visiting “The Secret Salon - Kirby Muxloe”! Georgia has done a fabulous job of my hair once again! My hair was washed and olaplex treatment applied by the junior which was blissful! Very happy and will definitely return - even though I don’t live in Leicester anymore, it is well worth the travelling😊

Melissa gave me a dry cut, I just needed a refresh trim. She did an amazing job and provided great customer service, I was offered a drink on arrival. Clean salon and environment. I would definitely recommend this salon for all your hair needs.
