This was my first visit to this salon and I took my 7 year old daughter for her first professional haircut, and Maddy was excellent, she asked questions to understand exactly what we wanted and offered advice on what would be good for my daughter's hair type, the result was brilliant and I have a very happy 7 year old, will definitely return.

I always enjoy my time with Adrianne and she is very professional and lovely talk to. I find it very restful at Marie Charles when having my hair done and enjoy having a cup of coffee too. This time though, I was disappointed to find that they had run out of coffee and was offered tea, which I accepted, but I never received it during my appointment, which I was disappointed at.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

I had a trim at Salon Secrets with Maisie and I am delighted with the lovely job she has done. Very kind, professional and welcoming - thank you Maisie 😊

After years of perming and colouring my hair it was not in good condition, however Nicky put my mind to rest and booked me in for a Brazilian Blow Dry and a fresh trim/style. I walked out of Salon Secrets feeling so happy! I can’t thank Nicky enough for her help and i’ll be seeing her again soon!

Having moved into the area and always been apprehensive of getting my haircut especially somewhere new, since I went to Laura she has always made me feel relaxed and calm everytime I’ve had my hair cut by her. She’s such an understanding and friendly person, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut.

Hannah is so lovely. I have seen her a few times now for lashes and brows in the past few months and I always look forward to our appointments. I had never been for lash infills before I'd met Hannah as I was never 100% happy, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's so welcoming, warm and happy to give her advice. I trust her professional opinion and always feel she goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, plus my lashes and brows always look amazing. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Hannah ❤️
