I had a truly wonderful experience with Neva! I was welcomed upon entry and we discussed what my hair needed! After agreeing to a Rosemary Treatment, we immediately got started! There were no double and triple bookings like most hairdressers do so I got the true VIP treatment! After the treatment, Neva blow-dried and did another assessment then she straightened, trimmed and styled my hair! I left with healthier, bouncy curls and will return in a few weeks to repeat the procedure!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Stevie and the incredible job she did with my hair extensions! From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely at ease. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure everything is done with care and precision. The extensions themselves? Wow. They look so natural, feel amazing, and blend seamlessly with my own hair. I’ve already received so many compliments, and people are shocked when I tell them they are extensions because they look that good.

Victoria is fantastic and cut snd colour. As my hair changes with age she is helping me to blend in silver and understand how we can keep a lot of dimension along with enjoying the sparkle. Jillian is the best. She asks me what I want to do to my hair during my appointment; but truly, there is no point. I trust whatever she does fully. She’s very talented in achieving a natural look and lifting the colour of my dark blonde/brown hair to give it dimension and interest. By far the best experience I’ve had at a salon - she is amazing with blonding.

This was my first visit with Victoria and she offered excellent consultation based on information she gathered in advance and upon meeting. The colour, cut and treatments and styling made for a fantastic finish. It’s was lovely getting acquainted and planning for future visits, with scalp treatment session to follow soon. Victoria is warm, welcoming, a great conversationalist and she has tapped into the look I am aiming to achieve as I blend the grey and seek some dramatic effect. Looking forward to our next colour session.
