Best Blow Dries near me in Hartford

Was regular here when school was located in downtown Hartford almost 10years ago. Decided to check it out again as alternative to barbershop to save money. Just came from wethersfield location. Had hard time finding place&GPS wasn't really helpful in pinpointing exact location! One of the people in charge guided me rest of way. Really appreciate her assistance! The student who took care of me did excellent job! Really knew what he was doing!

Had a phenomenal experience with Zazie for a partial highlight — not only was the color beautiful, but she also recommended a face-framing cut that gave me the exact look I didn’t even know I was seeking. She’s such a sweet person, and knowledgeable. She educated me on exactly how to recreate the blowdry/style at home. I’m so happy with my hair. Thank you Zazie.

I had the best experience. Riley did a consultation and asked all the right questions, shampoo was good and then she styled it with ease like she had been handling round brushes and blow dryers her whole life. Best bouncy blowout I’ve had in a while! Much needed pick me up!

Another relaxing and wonderful visit to IIC. Olivia was amazing!! So talented and informative through the partial foil and haircut/blowdry. I left feeling great with beautifully colored and styled hair. Thank you Olivia and staff.

Her low lighting is a 10. When I got home I styled to my preference and I love it. It's darker than what I've had recently, but I wouldn't change a hair. It makes me look younger. That's a good thing!!!!!!!!

Overall experience was great. The student, I believe Becky, who cut and styled my hair did a great job and took her time to check in with the instructor. The stylist engaged in pleasant conversation and the instructor was nice during each check-in. It was a nice experience for someone who doesn’t go to the salon though the school would benefit from an introductory email or page on the website just detailing what to expect, the layout of the salon, etc. for first time goers. Would definitely go again.

Gisselle blew my expectations with my hair! I was trusting the process but didn't expect it to come out so good from a student!!! I'm so satisfied I feel beautiful and my hair has so much volume, all the dead ends are gone and it's styled so nicely. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends. The environment was also very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience!

The reception was very welcoming and friendly! Jessica did a single color process on me and a blowout. My hair not only looked healthier, it still felt soft and looked AMAZING! The blowout was BEAUTIFUL too! She was very gentle with my hair, I highly recommend her!!!
