This was my first time attending Shey. I had such a great experience getting waxed by her. Shey was so friendly and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I cannot rate this salon enough. I came in here after having my hair destroyed by bleach, after wearing a wig for a month Shemiah fixed my colour up beautifully and Jan made me feel beautiful again. This was my second time around today and my hair is in so much better condition thanks to Jan and the team. You are literally treated like a VIP from the moment you walk into Elite. From fresh pastries to prosecco, this isn't just a hair appointment, it's an experience. There's nothing that can make you feel more special than a day of craic and beautiful hair in Elite. It was my first time with Sheila and she was so patient with me. I did bikini wax and I am very sensitive with waxing but I can say with confidence that the pain was bare minimum, I am even considering a full wax for the next time. The studio is hygenic and she uses all necessary tools for a professional experience. The work was perfectly done! Thanks Sheila!

Had such a pleasant experience today, such a lovely ladie, I was soo nervous as I haven’t had a wax in many years she put me at ease and made me feel soo comfortable, she made sure the pain wasn’t too much and talked me through the whole process, will definitely be recommending to others and returning :)

I actually don’t know where to start. Jadine is without shadow of a doubt a highly skilled lady who delves deep into women’s hair loss. She takes in each lady individually and brings them on a journey they never ever experienced before. I would travel to the ends of the earth just for her to do my hair mesh integration. She’s calming, understanding, knowledgeable with all things hair loss and most of all takes her time to cater for all of our individual requirements. Jadine has changed my life !!!! And I cannot wait for her new journey. It will be one I will travel on with her. Thank you J
