During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

Since my hair started growing back after chemo, I haven't really been happy with it and had lost a lot of confidence. But after spending just a few hours at Deluxe with Michelle, I can honestly say I feel like my old self again. Michelle took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and worked absolute magic. Her talent, patience and attention to detail are incredible, and the whole experience made me feel so comfortable and cared for.
