So good! They take care of you so well here and everyone’s so sweet. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she cut and styled it perfectly! Kim was fantastic! Her skilled handiwork transformed me from "homeless chic" to "brunette bombshell". This was my first time at Kōha and her friendly and easygoing nature made me feel comfortable. I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

I had an amazing experience at MAIE. Tori is highly professional and has great attention to detail, she is very informative and is great at her craft.
