I wouldn’t have picked anyone else. From working with Lou back in the Hospital days. I know Lou’s background and how professional and kind she was in a patient facing environment as a Nurse so, it was a no brainier who I was going to pick to have my first ever Botox treatment. Lou made me feel at ease from my initial consultation, to then the treatment itself and, my top up. Any questions I had she was ready with the answers. I am over the moon with my results. Louise is meticulous in her practitioner role, very friendly and comfortable environment.

Lou is so professional - her salon is beautiful and clean. She makes you feel very safe in her clear explanations! I’m now a returning customer and have complete trust in her.

Lovely treatment, I feel really relaxed

I have just completed a course of six sessions one week apart of Skin tightening RF : Face, Neck and décolletage. Michelle is the epitome of professionalism and putting you at ease at the same time. Michelle’s knowledge base of the treatment and products are phenomenal. Michelle was absolutely brilliant throughout the service, talking me through step by step what she was doing and educating me on how to help myself with skincare routine. Regular texts to make sure I am happy with the result and excellent care during and after treatment. 5 stars are simply not enough Thank you again Michelle😊
