Gloria makes you feel relaxed when you walk in the door with calm scents and lighting. Gloria took care of my sensitive skin and explained everything step by step. I knew exactly what products she was using and the benefits for my skin. I left feeling refreshed and my skin is glowing. Although I couldn’t do a full body massage today, the sneak preview on my neck, shoulders and arms during my facial show how magical Gloria’s hands are. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My experience at Gem & Rose was beyond amazing! Upon entering the studio, I instantly felt warm and welcome. I chose the hydrofacial package & all I have to say is omg. Gloria explained everything she was doing along the way and is so educated and passionate about her profession. After she did her magic on my face, she moved onto a foot scrub, hand and arm massage and a shoulder massage. I almost fell asleep - that’s how relaxed I felt. I left the studio with the softest, cleanest skin and the best impression. I cannot wait to go back to try the vast multitude of services Gem & Rose provides!

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful today’s experience was. The past month specifically has really taken a toll on me and I just wasn’t able to come get my monthly massage for December. (I have a slipped disc & pinched nerve in my neck from a car accident I was in 10 years ago, & a monthly massage is the only thing that helps me.) Today made up for that. The stress that builds up in the body needs to be released somehow, and the demons were released today! After everything we are all going through self care these days is more important than ever. So, Get the massage. You deserve it.

Always a great experience with Lauren. She is very sweet and caring and accommodating. She knows her skin too! She is always following up to see how the results are as well. This has been one of the best facial experiences I have experienced. The spa provides a clean and calm atmosphere to recharge while getting some self care. I just had the most amazing massage. Gloria was fantastic. she took her time and hit all the points of my body that ailed me. the spa is spotless and smells amazing. can’t wait to go back!

Gloria is beyond amazing. I used to travel to the city to get a massage. I'm glad I found this place near where I live. It's really a gem and Gloria is an expert in her field. I had the CBD massage and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable given my body is healing from chronic pain. As a person who easily gets cold she had her massage table with blankets and a special heater. AMAZING! This is going to be my go to massage place from now on. Can't wait for the facial. If you have been doing your research on the best massage services in Bayside, this is it!

All I can say is wow! Gloria is excellent at what she does. The atmosphere is calming and the service was impeccable.
