My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. My beautician of 7 years has retired so a friend recommended I booked The Bothy Wellness & Beauty, well I have to say it's a 12 out of 10, staff today were more than professional and just a great experience and when I asked about other treatments the staff member was more than very knowledgeable, I'm thrilled as I have found the best place to make me feel fantastic...I also went away with an amazing exfoliation balm that has my skin feeling like velvet...thank you so much Debbie

Kamila is a professional. She explains everything about the treatment, she has got excellent customer manners and most importantly,she provides an excellent beauty service.
