Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

Had the most incredible experience at Royal York Spa! A huge thank you to Anya for the kind invitation and for giving me the best facial ever. My skin feels absolutely refreshed and glowing. The facial included the most relaxing face, scalp, shoulders, and décolleté massage — pure bliss from start to finish. This was my second time seeing Vera for a Classic facial with lymphatic massage. I woke up with such glowy hydrated skin. The puffiness is gone too. It was so nice to have hydrated skin after a long winter. I'll be doing a facial monthly now. Also, the owner is always so nice and helpful no matter the time of day. I love this place!

Highly recommend Shalini for oxygen or hydro facial. One hour of relaxing pampering and treating yourself. My skin is glowing when I leave and the results last.
