Fabulous. Great set up. Loved being able to have a hot soak, cold plunge and sauna in my own private space. I could make it a regular thing. The team are also lovely.

Epic private room, I did 90mins in traditional sauna with hot and cold pools. Could have stayed longer! Great facility and super friendly staff, highly recommend!

Good experience, in the future I would opt for a 60 min session though as you are rushed from sauna, to shower to icebath.

Every single time I come to recovery lounge, I leave feeling more impressed than the last. Yesterday we tried out the new private area/ traditional sauna, ice bath, hot magnesium bath. This was a game changer, going from cold to hot felt like you were on some beautiful island 🙏 both pools have big jet pumps for your calves making the experience so much relaxing. I could really feel the difference in how my body felt yesterday after using these facilities. I’m a big supporter of Recovery lounge, there’s nothing like it here in Melbourne, private recovery at its best :)

This is the best sauna venue I have visited anywhere in the world. Quality, well maintained equipment in elegant, spotlessly clean minimalist environment. Staff are super attentive and friendly and very competitive pricing. Essential experience for health especially in the Winter. Came out feeling fabulous! 🙏

Service is absolutely amazing. I just tried their newly renovated space with the magnesium hot bath, cold plunge and sauna and honestly its all amazing. I booked for 60 minutes, next time ill be booking for 90 minutes, it was just that good.

Nimbus Co Fitzroy is sublime. My partner and I booked the Contrast Therapy. We had a private room with an infrared sauna and ice bath, plus shower. The entire experience was understated luxury. The contrast therapy was exactly what I needed. I was so relaxed and felt so good afterwards. So grateful we have this in our neighbourhood.

My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience of the infrared sauna with My Recovery Lounge. Service could be better. It was our first time I would like our host to have more knowledge on the experience. I had questions that didnt feel answered or clear.

I was gifted a session at the recovery lounge for my bday. Hubby and I absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend it to anyone else & would definitely come back. Loveeee that you get the sauna and ice bath to yourself for the time you’re there. Would’ve loved a massage too but there were no appointments available so will definitely book one next time.

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

Lovely relaxing space, perfect control panel to ensure you have optimum experience in the sauna. Big enough to lay down as well!The extra touch of the iPad so you can select your own music or even Netflix to watch is a great touch. Only thing that could make it better is being given a larger towel or gown so you can easily walk to the shower facilities afterwards.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and just a very effective sauna and sweat session

Love the private sauna and ice bath experience! The sauna room is exceptionally clean and really nice. You get the iPad to listen to music and can adjust the colours in the infrared sauna! My only suggestion would be maybe some hooks in the showers could be good to hang your towels! But otherwise amazing. Love the little menu of hydration sachets and little drinks you can get.

Such a lovely experience. The space is beautiful and the saunas are private. It was so relaxing.

My friend and I booked the large sauna which was great. However I wouldn't go back again, the layout of the showers (two cubicle showers in one room and another one on it's own) didn't allow my friend to have a shower as the main door to the larger shower/change room had been locked on the inside. I showered in the single rooms with just a stool to place my jacket, shoes and bag without them getting wet. Also had to use the same towel from the sauna to dry off. We weren't given a second towel or none where provided in the single shower cubicle I used.
