It is always so good to see Sophie and to be in her hands. Every time I walk out of her treatment room I feel a lot lighter. I came to Sophie with a trapped painful feeling in my mid back and a lot of tension. 1 hour later and with her magical hands, the trapped feeling is gone and my body feels so fluid and free! Sophie is so attentive and the pressure is always exactly right!

Best massage I have had, Sarah-Jayne is an excellent therapist, felt immediate benefits from my treatment, her care and attention was 1st class, the ambience of the room was perfect, helping to put me at ease. Sarah-Jayne is so knowledgeable in her craft, but also has the personal touch to make the experience so special. I would highly recommend this form of massage to newcomers, as a 1st timer myself, I will be booking further treatments, in the next few months.

I’ve had deep tissue massages in India, Thai massages, Swedish massages. And nothing is as good as Sophie, I always feel amazing afterwords.

I’ve been having monthly massages with Sophie since May 2023 after receiving a recommendation from a friend and words can’t describe how amazing she is. I sit at a desk all day and do a lot of fitness / gym work so my muscles are always tight and full of tension! But every time I see Sophie she works her magic and I leave feeling like a new person. Having an AYM with Sophie is now part of my wellness routine and I don’t know what I’d do without her - yes, she’s THAT good. Absolute bliss :)

I’ve been to so many massages before as I like to try new places and things but this is by far the most fufilling massage experience ever! The 3 hours didn’t feel that long, pure bliss and I feel SO good rn!!! Sophie is amazing and I also told my friend about this place and she’s so eager to get herself booked in, sent her the page so hopefully that’ll be another person made to feel fabulous!! xx
