As always, going to Nando is nothing short of perfect. The atmosphere, his welcoming presence, his skills and knowledge! Came in with some pain on my calves, left feeling 10 times better. If you ever want to pamper yourself, don't think too much about it and just do it, you won't regret it.

I’ve been going to Nando for massage therapy on a monthly for two years. I started off when he was in his portobello studio and I’ve continued to go to him even when he moved to Dalkey. This should already tell you a lot. Always welcomed with a smile and an inviting, cosy studio. The massage is a proper treatment and alway exceeds expectations. He is a true master of his craft and there is nobody else around that comes close to his skill. 💆🏼
