omg Louise is amazing! Her professionalism immediately put me at ease. I appreciated that Louise took the time to understand my specific needs and problem areas. The pressure was perfect, and she worked through knots and tension I never knew I had! She ensured I was comfortable while addressing my muscle stiffness. Had a lash lift and wax with Imogen! From start to end she was so professional and made me feel so comfortable, she’s the friendliest most lovely girl! She explained every step so thoroughly so I understood exactly what was happening too which was so lovely of her 🩷 AND my eyelashes look absolutely incredible I couldn’t recommend her more 💕xx

Me and my daughter came yesterday for a spa package and it was amazing. We had a foot scrub, back and head massage and mini facial… Jade and Emily were superb really professional and just fantastic at their jobs! The room too was lovely and cosy it was just perfect! We have had the most amazing Chis-tingle pamper at The Northern Beauty house. We began with a lovely jasmine tea in our cosy robes & then a luxury leg and foot scrub and massage. Was then wrapped up on the beds with heated blankets all toasty & warm & had the most amazing facial including arms, neck & upper body massage. And then to top it off we turned over for shoulder and neck massage including the most tingling relaxing head massage. My mum was so impressed by Jade and could feel every sensation. After we was treated to a lovely hot chocolate.So lovely, professional and down to earth 🤍
