I’ve had two treatments with Kamila at Kama Calm Holistic Therapies about a week apart, and both were amazing. I had chain contact release and a hot crystal massage, and felt so relaxed after each one. I slept really well afterwards and noticed less pain, which made a big difference for me. Kamila is lovely, very professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be back for another crystal massage!

Had an excellent and relaxing Thai compress full body massage- I even fell asleep at some points i was that relaxed. I had a great experience with Lily. Her treatment space is relaxing and warm, with some lovely little touches, and is a lovely little oasis in a really central location. Lily is a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, she really puts you at ease and the treatment itself was very enjoyable. An absolute must for me personally doing physical work, really helpful in easing upper body tension which was the target of my treatment. I absolutely will be coming back, can highly recommend!

Such a cosy and inviting environment, and an excellent, truly relaxing massage. Lily has created a warm, comfortable space with thoughtful touches, and the massage itself was wonderful with the perfect amount of pressure. An hour on her massage table is time well spent!
