So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

The treatment was great! I can really feel the difference in my back—it's comfortable, light, and much easier compared to before. A huge thank you to the person in charge; she was so friendly and gentle during the massage and cupping. Plus, she shared a lot of helpful information! I’m definitely planning to come back for another treatment and can’t wait to try a facial soon!

Absolutely loved my Filipino Hilot massage! The pressure was just how I like it — firm and deeply relaxing. In just one hour, my whole body felt restored. The addition of ventosa (cupping) really helped release tight muscles and eased my tension. Such an authentic and healing experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real, traditional care!

I saw Arwa for a lymphatic massage and she was great! Very knowledgeable, good amount of pressure, she checked in to see how I was going with the pressure, and focused on areas where I told her in advance I'd been having pain. Great experience, would definitely see her again :)
