10/10 friendly, professional service as always, nothing is ever a problem. Love my visits to Bute House.

I travel 3 hours from Birmingham for laser hair removal at Bute House, and it’s worth every mile. After a recommendation from my 2 sisters, who also had excellent results, I decided to give it a try. Bev and Steph are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I’m self-conscious due to a health condition/disability, but Bev shows amazing compassion and works around my limitations so I can still have my treatment. After disappointing results elsewhere, I saw real progress here within just a couple of sessions. The clinic is lovely, prices are competitive, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I visited the clinic for laser treatment on red facial veins, but the therapist took the time to assess my skin and advised that skincare would be a more effective approach. She could have easily gone ahead with the treatment, but instead gave honest, professional advice and took the time to explain which products would be best for my skin. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and genuine—highly recommended,
