Absolutely fantastic! Lovely friendly staff. Incredibly clean salon. I showed the nail tech an inspiration photo and she executed exactly. The time and precision she took to make sure my nails were in good condition as well as matching the photo was incredible. When I’m back in Tulum, I’ll definitely be back here. Also lovely to have a coffee during the appointment too. Highly recommend!

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa hoy en Casa Venus en Tulum. Fui para un tratamiento de cabello con Jacqueline, quien me hizo un corte y me retocó las raíces, y quedé muy feliz con los resultados. Jacqueline es una profesional muy habilidosa, cariñosa y tranquila, además de ser una gran conversadora. Me sentí muy bien cuidada todo el tiempo. El espacio en Casa Venus es muy hermoso y lleno de paz. Está decorado con muchísimo gusto, y se siente un ambiente muy especial desde el momento en que entras. Oh my god, SO good. Ivania was so lovely. I went for the Ritual Tierra Individual while on my first trip to Tulum and I will be telling everyone at home about this. I am also a massage therapist and take great joy in experiencing other spas during my travels. I wish I could work at this one! Thank you for such a lovely experience.

I am thrilled. I have had a really hard time finding someone who can do acrylic nails (fills) with gel polish in Tulum. Itayetzi did an amazing job! She is very careful and detail oriented. The shop is also extremely nice and organized. As a nice touch, they also offer you a beverage of your choice. I was surprised at how good the cappuccino was 😍 I have been doing acrylics since 1987, and when I travel, it can be a bit challenging. I live in Tulum part of the year, and from now on, this will be my go to salon for my nails and pedicures. Prices are also very fair.

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Fue mi primera vez visitando Flora Spa, el trato desde que llegas es increíble , nos recibieron con una infusión y nos explicaron todo el proceso de la hidroterapia, que te lleva desde el sauna hasta el vapor, que fue mi favorito. Este lugar es increíble si estás buscando relajarte, es muy céntrico en Tulum. La instalaciones son super bonitas y la atención es la mejor. Sin duda un lugar para regresar.

Me di un masaje y un facial con Nina, ya había ido y me encanta, tome el sauna y luego me hice manos con Gaby y depailacion con Amelia… amo ese lugar, el trato y la calidad de trabajo que tienen…. A veces voy al sauna y hago el circuito de spa! Súper recomendable
