I always have such an amazing experience here! The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and really relaxing. The facial itself was incredible—my skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterwards. What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.
