Had a lovely few hours at Nidra 108 today - it was a real treat! I had the lovely Signature treatment which was so relaxing. A treat for both my back and neck and my face. All the products smelt and felt amazing, and so luxurious- and I felt really pampered and indulged. The foot ritual was really lovely too. The treatment room was beautiful and Kirsty was very welcoming and friendly and warm. I would highly recommend Nidra 108 to anyone looking for a lovely bit of self care and time to refill your cup. I’m just about to book my next treatment now!!!
