Always professional, warm, empathetic, responsive to my needs and genuine in her desire to provide treatment to me in the best ways possible, meeting my bespoke needs. I am definitely feeling the benefits and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

Always feel so much freer and more flexible after my regular sports massage with Nicky. I highly recommend Warsash Therapy Rooms, their treatment has fixed my shoulder injury and I use my maintenance visits to keep it healthy.

I always come out from having my Acupuncture feeling all the benefits.

Acupuncture with Olivia was great.

Excellent care from Penny during my acupuncture consultation and treatment. Didn’t feel a thing. Having a relaxing afternoon now as it was suggested I rest. That means no cutting the grass - every cloud has a silver lining !!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an acupuncture session at Warsash Therapy Rooms. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Vida, the acupuncturist, who was highly skilled and knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns for the treatment. The needles were gently inserted at specific points on my body, and I felt a subtle sensation of energy flowing through me. I’ve also experienced a noticeable reduction in my previously chronic pain, which had been a significant concern for me. I look forward to my next session.
