I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

Fantastic experience! Very thorough assessment and clear guidance

I had a very good session with Chanel who provided excellent treatment for my shoulder pain and advice on daily exercises.

Laura is such a consummate professional. I always feel amazing after a sports massage. Laura is very knowledgeable in all aspects of recovery, health and fitness. I would recommend her 100%.

Carlos was great! Super efficient and made it really easy to book an appointment quickly. Was very professional, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had during and after the appointment. He also checked up on my progress after the message. Could not recommend him enough!
