I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

This was my first experience having skin tags removed and I was a little apprehensive as to what to expect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and Shannon was absolutely brilliant, she explained the procedure so I knew what to expect. There was a bit of sensitivity during the procedure but it was nothing major and after being numbed up it was a fairly quick process. Shannon explained everything as each tag was removed and I had 100% confidence in her. I would thoroughly recommend Shannon and Flow Aesthetics to anyone with a skin condition. Thank you.

Saw Shannon today for advice on skin tag removal which she will be doing. She was so so helpful and explained exactly what she would do and what I need to do. Excellent customer service and felt so at ease after speaking with her. I would recommend her to anyone.
