I was looking for a place closer to home to get my lashes done since I recently moved. This was my first time going to Nancy. What an amazing experience! The room was so clean, comfortable, and cozy. Nancy is very sweet and did a FANTASTIC job on my lashes. The entire experience was so luxurious and spa-like. I’ll definitely be going to Lama Lash from now on.

Nancy is truly a professional! She takes her time to clean and prepare your lashes before adding the extensions. I have worn lashes for about a year now and I get the most compliments from her work. She's also very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend her if you want to look fabulous!

Coming here was my first time ever getting lash extension. They were done by Lisa. I got 2D volume with Wispy in the Cat Eye style. I don't have black eye lashes, she was able to match my brown. The bed is comfortable and you are provided a cushion for your knees which is great for your lower back, as well as a cozy blanket. During the application I did not feel any pain or burning. The entire process was easy - even relaxing, I think I even caught myself falling asleep once or twice! 10/10 would recommend :)

The lashes are beautiful and my technician really made it beautiful. I’ll be returning but maybe to a different tech… There are some concerns: the tape (or something else but it wasn’t the glue) under my eye began to irritate my eye ball. I let the tech know— she removed it as that eye was done while she worked in the other one. But my eye ball was definitely irritated as I saw it was more red than before Also, upon coming home, at least 4 lashes extensions fell off! I am sad about that. It was a clean drop so the lash extension had no sign of glue and my own lash wasn’t on there.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! This is only the second time I have had my lashes done, and the first experience was so utterly disappointing, from their unprofessionalism to the lash tech burping in my face 🤮 I came here to get my old lashes removed, and hopefully be heard about what I really wanted, rather than have the lash tech tell me what they thought was best, which wasn’t what I wanted at all. I arrived, and both Amanda and Leah took the time to ask what I wanted. Leah did a phenomenal job and it came out even better than I had hoped. I will be back, thank you!!
