This was my first visit to Mood Swing Wellness, and it exceeded all expectations! The owner was thorough in explaining the process, and the space is clean, warm, and inviting. I have been searching for a treatment that lessens neuropathy pain: the combination of the infrared sauna and cold plunge eased this pain more than any other treatment I have tried in the past. I will be back very soon for a second visit!

I had a great time at Moodswing Wellness. I was experiencing some abdominal pain from MMA sparring. After the sauna and cold plunge my pain has gone down substantially. Looking forward to my next injury so I can visit again.

Great experience! I feel amazing after our contrast therapy session. Cool vibe in the treatment room great for connecting with friends. I really appreciate the flexibility the owners provide for the whole family to come! Our kids were able to join us and have a wonderful family experience. My son asked, “Do they do that just on Sundays?” I said, “no.” Then he said, “I wanna go back!” I agree! Let’s go!!! Thanks for all you do and providing the space y’all! Appreciate ya!

Family friendly, Clean & welcoming environment. Their equipment is top quality from the cold plunge to the red light therapy 10/10 experience highly recommend for anybody specially athletes but anybody can benefit from investing in their health and well being.

I have been looking for a local spot to do ice baths, infrared sauna, red light therapy and compression legs sleeves. I have found a place to train and prepare for my marathon races moving forward. The owners are incredibly kind and generous and can explain everything thoroughly with the benefits of each service! Definitely recommend.

The sauna and ice session have been a total game changer for my body. The heat helps me to release tensions and reset, while the cold plunge sharpens my focus. I leave this session feeling balanced.
