Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. Annabel explains everything so well and helped me understand what my recovery would look like depending on the type of surgery I end up having. Explaining how I can best 'train' ahead of surgery to help my recovery. I expect Annabel to be key to my recovery process.

My first time for each of the treatments - Cryo, Dermalux and the Body Ballancer. Such a lovely place with a super friendly team. Loved each of the treatments and felt amazing afterwards. Already booked in again this week! The cryo was soo invigorating. Looking forward to the effect of a course of the ballancer and dermalux too

Seemingly unlinked small niggles were identified as part of a bigger problem confirmed through testing. Work was done and retesting showed 25-30% improvements and I left feeling better and confident in my ability to perform my chosen sport. Well worth the investment.

Caroline was lovely - really helpful & friendly and took time to explain all about our treatments and answer our questions. We’ve had the second of our course of Cryotherapy and managed 5 mins today. Feeling invigorated and looking forward to our next sessions

Really great experience with the whole process explained so clearly by Karen, who had so much passion and knowledge about cryotherapy (as well as other cold-related treatments) and she was a pleasure to speak with. A lot of fun if you bring somebody with you in the chamber!

4th visit , increased to 3 mins 30 secs in the Cryo chamber. Probably at our limit now, but felt refreshed afterwards. My back is definitely improving, not pain free but a marked difference since using cryotherapy. Will definitely be booking more sessions.
