I have visited Ben for a calf niggle & sports massages. Pre race, he made sure my legs were feeling fresh & ready to go. Post race I had some inflammation & I had another race the following weekend. Ben worked on this and my legs were ready to go again. Ben is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend & I'll definitely be returning.

From start to finish at my appointment Martha really made me feel welcome and at ease. She is very professional and explains everything she is going to do. She even looks into your diagnoses before you come to your appointment to see what other acupuncture points can help. When having my treatment it really helped my TMJ muscle in my jaw and even fell into a deep sleep. I really do recommend Martha at Serenity Wellness if your struggling in pain. Also as a new client was given a goodie bag which was a bonus. Everything in it was well thought out. She defo goes the extra mile for her clients.
