My experience at Dermacore in Telford has been amazing from day one. The consultation process was great and simple. The treatment day was pleasant, with good communication about each step. The follow-up care advice was explained clearly. The shop itself is very modern, up-to-date, and very clean. Rabia, my consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took a keen interest in understanding my needs and skin issues. Overall, the staff are friendly, respectful, and provided a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing and informative , amazing treatment and therapist

The therapist made my experience a comfortable one because the treatment was fully explained. She also told me what she would be doing during the treatment and any discomfort I might feel, the importance of my aftercare and healing process. I would definitely recommend Dermacore to others.
