I had the hand reflexology and can say, it was a very therapeutic experience. Helen, as always,explained what the different points were and was able to work on the problematic areas. She was very conscious of making sure that you were okay and that any discomfort felt wasn’t too uncomfortable. I am booked in for a few more sessions, which I am looking forward to. I had the Healing Zen reflexology treatment and it was absolutely lovely. Rachel was so kind, welcoming and attentive throughout the whole session making me feel completely relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was incredibly calming and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. I particularly found it helpful for managing stress and anxiety, as it gave me the opportunity to properly switch off and unwind. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic treatment, and I’ll definitely be returning
