I suffered very bad pain from my right shoulder i had a treatment from Pete i will never be able to Thank Pete and Sophie enough as she managed to get me an urgent apt,Pete did his magic and it certainly was magic i had been else where for several appointments and nothing eased the pain Pete is friendly and very very good at what he specializes in I would highly recommend this gentleman and at no point did he advise me to make another appointment he advised me to see how my shoulder reacts to his treatment first this told me how genuine Pete is i will always go to Sophies Therapy Thank you.

I had a follow up appointment with Pete Simpson who is a spine specialist physio this guy is amazing his knowledge of the spinal anatomy is unbelievable he certainly knows what he is talking about, from entering the room he just makes you feel welcome and comfortable he takes the time to really listen to your issues and explains everything in good detail. Pete has to be hands down one of the best consultants I’ve ever seen not just for my spinal issue just in general he has a really nice friendly demeanour about him

Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

First visit to this venue, easy to find & plenty of parking Had a reflexology treatment with Lucy, lovely pleasant therapist who took time to listen & explain the procedure which was very relaxing. I will certainly book again

As usual, Pete saved the day! He really listens and assesses carefully to make sure he can diagnose accurately and I always feel better with whatever my latest injury is, when I leave our appointments, armed with exercises to help me make further improvement myself. Thanks Pete!

Ben has been taking care of me for a few years now. Training for endurance events can take it toll. Ben has seen me through my proudest moments on the trails. Importantly I trust Ben with my health and his advice guides me.

I had initially booked in for a sports massage on my back. This was following a previous injury that wasnt recovering as quickly as I would have liked. Having spoke to Ben during the massage, it was clear he has great knowledge to assist in my further recovery and return to full exercise. I will be booking in for further sessions to progress my rehab with that goal in mind. Recommended for any injured runners/athletes in the local area. The sports massage was top notch too.

Liam was great. He made me feel very welcome and work on both my legs especially the right calf as I’ve been having a lot of trouble with it. He also showed me how to stretch to prevent these muscle injuries….highly recommend.

I had my first dry cup session with Ben yesterday to help with my hamstring tightness and today I can already feel the benefit. My leg doesn’t feel as restricted, tight, and is far more equal to my other leg. Hasn’t been like that in ages. Fingers crossed the results just get even better over the next few days
