My experience at First Choice Therapy was great! Daisy was very helpful and friendly in helping me with my lower back pain. She asked me a few good questions to assist with the problem and gave me a few home exercises to do that really help with restoring my back to normal. I really appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude towards me and I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend First Choice Therapy to fellow friends/family.

Honestly can't thank Lorraine enough! Hydrotherapy is something ive always wanted and it wasnt until my husband and daughter booked me in that i had that push to go through with it. Best thing ever! I cant believe how much has been released from my body and how clean and refreshed its made me feel. I would 100% recommend Lorraine as not only does she provide an amazing treatment she made me feel at ease and reassured me with her amazing knowledge. I can honestly say Lorriane is one of the loveliest ladies i have ever come across cant wait to book in again in the future when needed!

I've been attending First Choice Therapy for a while now for a shoulder and neck injury which was causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as affecting my quality of sleep. I was having to take pain killers on a regular basis which is not something I do unless really necessary. After the first couple of sessions there was a noticeable improvement and at each subsequent session there has been further improvement. This has resulted in improved sleep, better mobility in my shoulder and no pain killers! Excellent result for me.

I've chosen to do a course of sport massage from Lewis, this was session 3 and I'm really feeling the benefit. I felt great from the 1st session,( my neck/shoulder pain was alleviated immediately) but feel the investment of a regular massage is having a huge positive impact on both my physical and my mental health. Looking forward to my next one already.

I have been visiting First Choice Therapy every week or every two weeks for several months now and have gained huge benefits for my neck and shoulders, which feel much freer and I have less pain. Because I have a neck injury going back over forty years, I will probably continue my two-weekly visits for deep-tissue massage and joint manipulation forever! I also occasionally receive dry-needling treatment. I highly recommend Lewis, who is extremely professional, thorough and friendly and carefully follows the COVID-19 rules for patients' and his own safety.

Being on a weight loss journey, my diet has changed enormously over the past few months so I felt my digestion had slowed, I was constantly feeling bloated and a little uncomfortable. Just one colonic hydrotherapy session has made the world of difference to me. My session was “intense” as there was obviously a lot to eliminate but I was put at ease and was comfortable the entire time. For myself, the benefits to my health and how I feel, far outweigh any concerns I had about the actual process.

My first appointment at The Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic was a very pleasant experience.I was informed at all stages what was happening. I could veiw myself the procedure. Charmaine at all times was very freindly with easy conversation. At all times asking if I was comfortable. I have booked a further appointment just to conclude the experience of understanding what happens to my gut when feeding etc. I would definataly recommend The Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic.

It was my first Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment. I have friends who have always been very keen for the benefits. I can honestly say that even after my first treatment I am sold. Lorraine is lovely, knowledgeable and absolutely knows what she is doing, she has a lovely sense of humour which will put anyone at ease.you will feel totally safe. The clinic looks professional modern and very clean. Well worth booking an appointment.

What a life changing experience! I feel invigorated, hydrated and with a sense of clarity. The bloating I’ve been experiencing for the last few months has gone, I feel lighter mentally aswell as physically and I can’t wait to go again! Lorraine was incredible, so informative, professional and personable. I felt safe and in good hands throughout the whole treatment. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health!

Lorraine is so reassuring and knowledgeable about colonic hydrotherapy. I have had three treatments and each one has been very comfortable and successful. Lorraine took time by phone and in person to explain the process and to understand me and my goals. I felt instantly reassured and totally comfortable throughout.

After suffering from a case of salmonella years ago which led on to having issues with my digestive system, I can not recommend having hydrotherapy enough. I have suffered from bloating and also acid reflux since which also affects my concentration and I have brain fog. When I've had my treatment my mind feels much clearer and my digestive system works much better, plus my bloat dissappears. Lorraine is a fantastic therapist, she's kind and gentle and makes you feel totally at ease. If you're having this done for the first time, you'll not be disappointed. It's been a game changer for me.
