Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

I have been struggling with calf pain for several months. I held out going to see an NHS physio for a while but then found Molly. Following a thorough assessment, Molly was able to identify that the pain was caused by my sciatic nerve. We discussed my goals and activity levels and she set me on the road to recovery! 3 weeks of specific exercises and I am feeling better than I have in months!

I’m so happy to have found Mark at Tribe!! Finally someone who knows what they are doing and why!! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this actually feels like “therapy “ for my body and mind, not just relaxation. Mark targets my problem areas, and I can honestly say I am starting to get relief and more movement in my neck in particular! Mark is clearly very knowledgeable. I also feel he is respectful, and I feel safe and confident in his care. Highly recommend Tribe !!

Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet . I can’t thank Mark enough , I could honestly cry with the relief of not having that constant pain

I had my first ever Japanese Head Spa with Jo! It was a lovely relaxing experience, I loved all the different things she used in my hair and in my face! Arm massage was great too!! She makes you feel at ease and comfortable to be with which is important to me ! Definitely a nice treat to have ! Would highly recommend 🤗
