He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. I had my first massage therapy treatment (MLD) at Motion Remedy for 90 minutes with Lek. The venue was beautifully decorated, light and airy and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Lek was incredibly professional and demonstrated her expertise to a high standard. She even provided recommendations and helpful advice at the end of my session. After the massage I genuinely felt calm and relaxed (desperately needed) I’d definitely book another session in the New Year and highly recommend Motion Remedy’s services.

I've been to Gigi for lymphatic drainage a few times now, and after coming back from holiday I booked another session. I always leave feeling amazing – so much lighter, less bloated, and completely refreshed. Gigi is so lovely, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout. Had a 1 hour Thai Combination massage and it was great. I loved all the stretches and felt so relaxed afterwards and all my tension was gone. The rooms are super clean and all the therapists I've had are very good. All the small attention to detail made it a great experience. I will be back

Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment.
