Luke talked me through the process and explained why I was feeling the things I was feeling. Cupping has relieved all the pain from my calves....once my back surgery is done, I will be back. Thanks once again Luke for a wonderful experience.

I went for a sports massage with Luke and I can’t recommend him enough! His expertise and experience is incredible. I told him my issue, he identified it and then also got up a visual aid to confirm and further explain the treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During the treatment he suggested that we try cupping. He spoke through exactly what it was before starting; it was definitely the right thing for me!

First of all Luke goes through your injury prognosis then he goes on to explain what he suggests to help alleviate the pain. I had a sports massage which I highly recommend for easing the tightness in the muscles etc. he consistently checks that your feeling ok is very professional and certainly puts you at ease. Anyone thinking of having a massage or needling done do not hesitate having the treatments as they are both 5 stars ⭐️

Luke is a great therapist - he understood the issues and provided a comprehensive explanation of possible causes for those issues, and gave suitable treatment options. It was a great shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff who had everything that I needed! I will definitely be going back.

the test was very helpful and I enjoyed the experience.

Staff were welcoming in the store. I had an allergy test with Peter who was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. There seems to be a good, varied range of products in the store and I would highly recommend the food allergy testing.

my experience at Dartford food for living was very good! I learned so much and I am looking forward to improving my health following the recommendations I received.
