I’ve had three of these sessions now and am really starting to see a shift in my energy. More of a therapy session than a physical session though very focussed on how things are presenting in the body. Laurian is a great practitioner, very kind and empathetic and very clearly talks through everything so you know what to expect.

Was recommended to Rachael by a friend. Didn’t know what to expect, so went to initial meeting with an open mind. Rachael did a thorough consultation. followed by some intense therapy, and I felt an immediate trust that she really knew her stuff. I went in limping and went out skipping

As good as it gets. You could go to Paris and Spend €500 on a treatment, but it wouldn’t be as good as Karoly.

I just had the most amazing facial with Karoly. My skin is GLOWING and so plump! She’s super knowledgeable, professional and a lovely person- I felt completely at ease during the treatment! I have complete trust in Karoly and I’m so excited to continue my skin journey with her!

Just finished my second treatment with Laurien and am starting to feel so much more flexible, even the missus has remarked that I am starting to walk more upright. If somebody had told me a year ago that therapy would work I’d have laughed at them cos I have tried everything. Following countless hospital appointments who have been unable to make a full diagnosis I booked some treatment with Core Therapies and am starting to feel the benefits. I am so glad to have found this local clinic which is always fresh, clean and relaxing. A huge thanks to Rosie and also to Laurien for everything.

Excellent, really recommend this service. I had the aromatherapy and reflexology Massage.I wasn't rushed, it was warm in the room and relaxing and every was care taken to provide a massage for me. Totally relaxed now. Will be going back !

Not sure what I’d do without Rich tbh. Can’t speak highly enough of him. I’d be a mess without his treatments. The sports massage and stretch therapy is so good and much needed. Always super professional and also a great & clean space with velour sheets and massage beds with arm supports which I’ve not seen anywhere else before ;) 10/10 for Rich all day. If your contemplating booking a sesh, don’t think twice - Just do it.
