Had 3 sessions with gaz, just booked a forth with him, 1 hour sessions each and after every hour I'm seeing a difference in my knee. Even follow ups outside of sessions via whatsapp if im stuck with stretches etc. Really friendly and a pleasure to chat too during my sessions. Very professional and well worth the time and money. Would 100% recommend him for anyone who needs physiotherapy. Can't recommend him enough!

I had an amazing first session with Hannah. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well cared for. Hannah took the time to ask about any areas of tension and managed to address all my problem areas. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and deeply relaxed. Marcus was fantastic. He listened to my daughter’s issues with her knee and ankle and treated her with great knowledge. Constantly checking she was ok and the pressure was not too strong etc. making sure she was comfortable. Which at 14 means a lot. He informed her of the muscles and ligaments etc that could be affected/causing the issue and showed diagrams to check she understood. He sent her home with an exercise routine. Great service - we were seen the same day. Highly recommend Marcus and the team at Warsash Therapy Rooms.

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

Had soft tissue therapy on my calfs by Olivia Pigeon. Olivia is a great listener, empathetic and super friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable and professional with a deep understanding and experience of sport, performance and the impact it has on the body. Treatment has had a positive initial effect and allowed me to get back to training. Highly recommended.

I've used the Body Pains Therapy for a number of treatments and highly recommend.

I’ve been having occasional treatments at Body Pains Therapy for over a year now, and I highly recommend them. I’ve been dealing with disc bulges and needed professional help to manage the discomfort. The treatments have made a noticeable difference—I’m feeling much better and now only need infrequent sessions based on my activity levels and recovery program.

I’ve been going to Charlie for a while now (I have many issues!) and he makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you which means he’s able to do and prescribe the right treatment. I have a mixture of sport therapy, stretches, exercises and mobility drills that he provides me with. I went to him Thursday with terrible back and hip pain which has stopped me from sleeping well for WEEKS! Since Thursday, I’ve had THE BEST nights sleep with NO PAIN at all!!! I could cry with relief! Long may this continue and thank you Charlie!

Shay has helped me through multiple injuries with assisted stretching, manipulation and massage and would highly recommend to anyone. I regularly go for treatment for maintenance which is needed with an active lifestyle and physically demanding job.

I have been working with Charlie for a few months now and he continues to educate me and surprise me with the level of depth for knowledge he has. Having discussed my goals he is adapting our training together to ensure maximum benefits, but also that I enjoy it. Brilliant, have been seeing Sherean for over a year now. I have maintainance visits to help with tight muscles in legs and back due to an ongoing health issue. Since having treatment my agility has increased, I feel so much better . Sherean is so friendly, positive and certainly knows her job. She is always happy to explain the treatment and give advice. Definitely recommend, I'm sure she can help you too.

Charlie helped with the rehab with my ankle previously, so when I had issues with my Neck / Trap muscle I contacted Charlie for help. I Went in with limited mobility and left with an improved range of motion and reduced pain. Charlie explained everything along the way and gave me a few sets of exercises to do at home to continue the rehab. Would recommend Charlie for any sports therapy
