This was truly needed after a 24 hour migraine ! Vina knew exactly what I needed and it was wonderful to feel the knots and tension leave my back shoulders neck and head .. thanks vina for the best Christmas present !

I was a bit anxious about my visit to incleanse today but wasn’t necessary. A comfortable process which Kirsty talked me through, thuroughly. Kirsty put me at ease and chatted throughout. I feel positive about my stomach issues and will definitely be booking two more sessions to complete. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with digestive issues.
