I had a hydrotherapy massage, it was amazing. The place is lovely and relaxing, the receptionist was friendly and showed me everything I needed to know. Will definitely go back.

I went to the recovery room due to a chronic pain I have been suffering with in my lower back and down my right leg for some time now. I had previously been seeing a chiropractor for 6 months however with no improvement seen or identification of the route cause during this time I felt physiotherapy was the route to explore. Vicky identified the route cause immediately and has filled me with great confidence that I now know what the issue is and how I can correct and treat it appropriately. I’m booked in again and will be using the recovery room moving forward.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Georgia really listened to the areas I was experiencing pain with and gave me a wealth of knowledge in relation to the injury I had acquired. She talked me through the different areas across my back and gave me advice on which stretches would be beneficial for the recovery. The first massage and therapy treatment I have ever experienced and have booked in for more! The recovery room was very easy to get to and the facilities were outstanding.

I highly recommend Revive Southsea. I used the red light bed and hydrotherapy bed and thoroughly enjoyed both. Very relaxing and great service.

I was really impressed with my first visit. Not only was Vicki professional but she was very easy to talk to and made the experience relaxing with good humour. She quickly figured out what the problem with my knee was and linked it to an issue with my back! After a short therapy session, my pain had halved and I was much more confident placing weight through my knee. I’m looking forward to going back for another session to complete my treatment. The ambience at Revive Southsea compliments the health products they have available. The premises were clean, tidy and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning for more treatments.
