I had a wonderful massage from Rachel at Luna Rose last week. Her therapy room is just gorgeous and Rachel put me at ease straightaway. I left feeling relaxed and revitalised. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was my 2nd time attending the new BU class and WOW! Last week I learned how to become comfortable and safe in an uncomfortable environment and I know the session was beneficial because today we screamed, then I screamed. I remembered to pause and remember I was safe and then I really let it all go, started off pitchy and broken screams, but by the end, I swear my scream was that pure and high pitched and looooonnnggg, it would’ve smashed a glass. Never ever in my life have I thought I needed to scream in such a way, but boy… it felt good, really good. Can’t wait for next week ❤️

Each week I attend the breath work classes, the more I enjoy them. I can’t pinpoint anything specific but I come away feeling as light as a feather, with all the daily pressure just melting away like butter in a hot pan. The other ladies that attend the class are all so lovely, as is Kat who has a beautiful way of teaching you, where you can let all your inhibitions go and be your authentic self, it’s really liberating and I love it. Hoping to attend more classes when time allows me to x

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the whole experience was from start to finish. I had the 2hr tranquil/reiki/Swedish massage.
