Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Thank you so much Jenny! My massage was incredible and I feel my shoulder injuries are so much better after. Jenny is so friendly and makes the time there really relaxing. I loved our chat. I feel so much better both physically as well as personally. I can't wait to come again!! The treatment was amazing and definitely worth the price. The room is lovely, clean and relaxing. I’ve been to plenty of physio/massage places now that claim to know what they’re doing and very few actually filled me with confidence or left me feeling any better. I can confidently say that after my visit to 222 Align and Restore that Lydia is really knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she is on about and left me feeling much better after. Thank you, I will definitely be back!
