Jaydean is so lovely! Fitted us in with a last minute, impulsive request. Answered our 101 questions, gave us advice, information, options before we decided on which piercing we wanted and which jewellary to go with. She was so quick and professional and I felt totally comfortable in the setting. Everything so clean and hygienic. I would highly recommend Jaydean if you want someone professional as well as making you feel comfortable and at ease. Looking forward to filling up my loyalty card!

I always have an amazing time at Altered Studios with Jaydean!!! This amazing studio has the best piercing artist. Been going to her for a year and she definitely takes pride in her work. Great atmosphere (safe space). Goes in detail for every step of the process. Explaining aftercare after every appointment. Not to mention, incredibly affordable.

She's the absolute best.. you freak out before the piercing(as one does) and after you forgot that you just got pierced. She has a way to make the experience so nice, fun and calm. 1000/10 recommend!!!
