ArtPM is the cutest, cleanest, nicest, and best permanent makeup/tattoo spot I have ever visited (and I have 11 tattoos and permanent brows and eyeliner). The process of getting a tattoo at Kvitka was exceptional from beginning to end. Tatti was super communicative before we met, she took the photographs I had for inspiration and did her own research. When I arrived she asked me great questions about what I wanted, where, and how big, and she listened carefully to all my answers. The artwork she created free hand is so beautiful, and the final tattoo is amazing. I love it. I could not recommend this studio more highly.
