My wife and I had a fantastic time during our 80-minute full body oil massage at Thy Massage Windsor. A huge thank you to our therapists, Ms. Phin and Ms. Yim, for providing such a wonderful experience. Their skill was evident—they found every tight spot and worked it out with expert pressure. The room was peaceful, the massage was perfectly paced, we left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. It was the perfect way to spend time together and unwind. We will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Thy Spa Windsor for the past 3 years and I am so happy I found this place. The entire staff is terrific and you simply can't get a bad massage here. I have high standards and everyone I have seen to include, Ms. May, Ms. Ruth, Mr. Tao and in the past 6 months Ms. Annie have all been terrific. A big thank you to you all. I had an amazing experience at Ritzy’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail was impressive, Dom really listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even better than I imagined. Great fade, and the kind of precision you only get from someone who genuinely cares about their craft. The shop has a great atmosphere friendly, professional, and relaxed we booked my wife in the following day. I left feeling fresh, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. I had a very professional and friendly experience. The salon is very clean , staff are friendly and work with your hair exactly as you ask. I saw many women come and leave looking very glam. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a hairdresser in the windsor area.

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Stephanie and Demi were just lovely. Loved the caring and professional services , friendly chat and just calm space which was much needed after months of not being able to give my hair some much needed TLC. Comfy, clean, professional setting. Rai was very knowledgeable and ensured that I fully understood every step of the procedure before she proceeded. The procedure was very tolerable to the point where I fell asleep. The air con during a heat wave was also a much welcome touch. I am very pleased with the final outcome. Very proud of my brows.
